About the Role
We are looking for a licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, wellness, and helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing clinical team and work alongside experienced aesthetic providers in a professional, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Perform professional facial treatments, including HydraFacial® treatments and customized skincare services
Conduct skin assessments and educate patients on treatment options and home skincare
Recommend personalized skincare products and treatment plans
Prepare patients before aesthetic procedures and provide post-treatment education
Assist with photography, treatment room preparation, and maintaining a premium patient experience
Collaborate closely with our NP, RN injectors, and physician to provide comprehensive patient care
Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and clinical cleanliness standards
Stay current with aesthetic trends, products, and treatment protocols
Qualifications
Active Illinois Esthetician License
Passion for medical aesthetics and skincare
Professional, polished, and patient-focused demeanor
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional patient care
Experience with HydraFacial® is preferred but not required
Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice is a plus

Pay range and compensation package
