Overview: Part Time, Full Time RCA - 3pm-11pm &11pm-7am
We are seeking a compassionate Resident Care Aide to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and individuals with memory care needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with serving in the dining area.
- Ensure residents' rights are respected at all times
- Follow care plans and report any concerns or medical issues.
- Ensuring that residents' living quarters are safe and organized
- Collaborating with management and co workers to ensure residents receive the best quality of life possible.
Skills:
- Experience in healthcare, PCA, elder care.
- Ability to act professionally at all times.
- Personable, friendly and outgoing.
- Detail Oriented
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and patient demeanor
- Time Management
