We are seeking an experienced lead exteriors foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various exteriors installation, including windows, doors, decks, siding, and roofing. The successful candidate will be a motivated team player who can oversee and delegate tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of workers on various exteriors projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation.
- Prepare work schedules and assign tasks to workers.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and communicate progress updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in exteriors installation.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of workers.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols.
- Basic knowledge of relevant tools and equipment.
