Responsibilities

Execute daily prep lists accurately and efficiently

Break down and portion proteins, fabricate vegetables, and prepare stocks, sauces, and mise en place

Maintain a clean, organized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards

Support the line during service as needed
What We're Looking For

Some kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to take direction

Comfortable on your feet for long shifts
