Full-Time | 12 pm - 8 pm. Some weekends required.

Friendsview, a continuing care retirement community, is looking for a warm, outgoing, relationship-focused person to join our Community Life team. In this role, you’ll help new residents transition into community life while creating meaningful opportunities for connection, engagement, and belonging throughout our campus.
This is a highly people-centered role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, hosting gatherings, encouraging participation, and creating positive experiences for older adults.
Welcome and support new residents during their transition to Friendsview
Learn residents’ interests and help connect them with activities, groups, and friendships
Encourage participation in events, meals, programs, and social opportunities
Assist with activities, evening programs, and special events
Build relationships with residents, families, and team members
Help create a warm, inclusive, and engaging community environment
Support evening Welcome Desk responsibilities and community hospitality
Friendly, compassionate, and emotionally intelligent personality
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships
Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to work afternoon/evening hours and occasional weekends for special events.
Experience in senior living, life enrichment, hospitality, senior activities, customer service, recreation, ministry, volunteer coordination, or community engagement is helpful but not required.
