Job Title: Busser
Location: Hoosier Alley Entertainment – Bloomington, IN
Reports To: Front-of-House Manager / Shift Lead
Position Summary:
At Hoosier Alley Entertainment, our Bussers help keep the guest experience smooth, fast, and clean. You’ll be on the move, clearing tables quickly, and helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment across our dining, bowling, and entertainment spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Busser Duties:
- Clear dirty dishes, glasses, and trash from tables, bar tops, and lounge areas.
- Sanitize and reset tables quickly for the next guest.
- Keep floors, chairs, and high-traffic areas clean and safe throughout shift.
- Empty trash bins and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
- Support overall cleanliness in FOH and guest-facing areas.
- Assist with party setups, event breakdowns, and cleaning projects.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience necessary—training provided!
- High energy with the ability to stay on your feet and move quickly.
- Friendly, team-first attitude.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be dependable and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
