Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- 5:00 am – 3:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and dimensional details
- Weld components according to specifications
- Work with a range of metals, including carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum
- Lay out welded components with minimal guidance
- Use fixtures, gauges, and jigs to meet customer specifications
- Perform inspections with measuring tools such as calipers, height gauges, and protractors
- Conduct pressure and hydro testing on assigned tanks
Qualifications
- Technical welding training or equivalent hands‑on welding experience
- Proficiency with MIG and TIG welding
- Ability to perform accurate measurements and basic math
- Capability to handle the physical requirements of welding work, including lifting and working at various heights
