Legacy Reveal Wellness DBA IVOLUTION is looking for a professional, dependable, and motivated Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness location in Dalton.
RENTAL
$500 per month
This is an independent room/booth rental opportunity, not an hourly employee position. The massage therapist will operate their own massage practice within our wellness facility and be responsible for maintaining all licenses, insurance, supplies, scheduling, payments, and other requirements related to their independent business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The massage therapist will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a current Georgia Massage Therapy license Maintaining professional liability insurance Providing professional massage therapy services within their scope of practice Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room Providing their own massage supplies, linens, oils/lotions, and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon Managing their own clients, appointments, payments, and records Following all applicable state and local regulations Maintaining professional conduct with clients, staff, and other independent providers within the facility

Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and occupational health massages to meet individual client needs.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, current symptoms, and specific concerns.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on physiology knowledge, anatomy understanding, and client communication to optimize results.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and pain management strategies to support ongoing wellness outside of sessions.
- Maintain detailed records of each session, including client progress and treatment notes, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and CPR certification requirements.
- Provide excellent patient service by creating a welcoming atmosphere that fosters trust, comfort, and satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with a strong background in massage therapy techniques such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and medical spa treatments.
- Knowledge of physiology and anatomy to accurately assess patient conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Prior experience in pain management or occupational health settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with customer service best practices to ensure positive client interactions and retention.
- Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is required for safety compliance.
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding medical terminology enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Previous employment in med spa environments or wellness centers will be considered an asset.
