Montana Based Supply Company Providing Incontinence Supplies and Maternity Items
Responsibilities:
- Managing and distributing medical supplies within a healthcare setting.
- Inventory Management- Receive, store and organize medical supplies.
- Monitor stock levels, identifying potential shortages and initiating reorder processes to maintain adequate inventory.
- Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Office tools and store specific software.
- Adhering to safety regulations and guidelines for handling and storing medical supplies, including proper disposal of expired or damaged items.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, preparing equipment for transport, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in medical billing and claim reconciliation.
- Utilize organizational and analytical skills to manage accounts and track sales performance.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients about the benefits of medical equipment.
- Promoting medical supplies to healthcare professionals and facilities while maintaining existing relationships.
- Build relationships with clients, provide product information and manage sales territories.
- Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries and disputes.
- Must be able to lift 35lbs
- Maintain professional phone etiquette
- Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers regarding billing inquiries and disputes.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Stay up to date with changes in medical billing codes and regulations.
- Help with warehouse/supply room custodial work.
- Other miscellaneous as requested by upper management.
- Maintain daily communication with your supervisor
- Present reports to supervisor when requested.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
