Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our team as a Loan Servicing Representative. This position is responsible for supporting a variety of loan servicing functions, ensuring accurate processing of loan transactions, and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Book and maintain various loan types within the Bank’s core processing system, including commercial, consumer, and mortgage loans.

Process and balance loan transactions accurately and timely.

Prepare checks and process vendor invoice payments.

Assist customers by answering incoming calls and responding to loan-related inquiries.

Process loan payoffs and perform other daily loan servicing activities.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Bank policies and procedures.

Collaborate effectively with team members to support departmental goals.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Salary Range:
The base salary range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, compensation may include performance-based incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other incentives.
