Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment.
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to meet guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, elevators, and stairwells.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures using approved cleaning agents and equipment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required.
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Familiarity with cleaning tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
