Position Overview
We are seeking Physical Therapists to join a growing rehabilitation team in Aberdeen, Washington. There are currently two full-time opportunities available, allowing candidates to choose the clinical setting that best aligns with their experience, interests, and career goals.

Opportunity 1: Inpatient Physical Therapist
This is a 100% hospital-based inpatient position providing physical therapy services across a variety of acute-care settings, including:
- Medical floor
- Orthopedic floor
- ICU
- Emergency Department
- Additional acute-care populations as needed
This opportunity is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys a collaborative hospital environment and working with a diverse inpatient population.
Opportunity 2: Outpatient & School-Based Physical Therapist
This full-time position offers a combination of outpatient and school-based physical therapy, providing variety throughout the workweek.
The typical schedule includes:
- 3 days per week: Outpatient therapy
- 2 days per week: School-based therapy
This opportunity is well suited for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working across different settings and patient populations.
Compensation & Career Bonus
Both positions offer:
- $46–$55/hour, depending on experience
- Up to a $12,000 Career Bonus over the first three years
- Flexible use of the Career Bonus toward a sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, retention bonus, or professional development
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients based on individual needs
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and other members of the care team
- Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinical staff
- Participate in program development and departmental initiatives
- Support the overall operation and success of the therapy department
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Washington Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure
