Job Schedule:
What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor management processes in support of site policies and security-related protocols.

Support day-to-day operations by providing clear directions, answering questions, and communicating professionally with staff and/or guests while maintaining awareness of activity across the location.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
