We are looking for a Team Leader to lead and grow the Market Center. We are looking for someone who will embody the KW culture, loves teaching, coaching and helping others achieve a new level of success. This candidate is tech savvy, has strong communication and leadership skills and naturally connects with others. The
candidate is passionate, people-oriented and operates with high urgency.
The candidate has at least 2-3 years of real estate sales experience.
The TL will be primarily focused on maintaining aggressive growth in the number of licensed real estate agents within the organization and building strong consultative relationships with the top agents in the office. The TL will be excellent at casting a big vision and leading their team towards that vision while managing the achievement of critical milestones along the path to success.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruit and attract high producing and high potential real estate agents to the office
- Build strong relationships in the brokerage community
- Conduct recruiting appointments and clearly communicate the value of Keller Williams Points North
- Coach, consult, and support agents in growing their businesses
- Promote a strong learning-based environment with top-of-the-line training and educational opportunities
- Teach classes within the Market Center, lead monthly sales meetings, and facilitate masterminds
- Help create a positive, productive, and professional office culture
- Partner with ownership and leadership to support office growth, retention, and profitability
Qualifications
- Proven success in real estate, leadership, recruiting, coaching, sales management, or business development
- High level of initiative, follow-through, and accountability
- Positive attitude and energetic demeanor
- Ability to build powerful relationships and recruit effectively and consistently
- Strong verbal leadership and communication skills and social poise
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting as well as drive work individually
- Ability to create energy, momentum, and trust within a sales organization
- Real estate experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
- NYS real estate salesperson or associate broker license (Required)
