Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures
- Follow manual handling protocols to safely lift and transport heavy items such as bulk supplies or large pots
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, including sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal
Skills
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely
