Labor Connections is hiring an Injection Molding Process Technician for a plastics injection molding manufacturer in Conover, NC.
This is a direct hire opportunity supporting injection molding machines, molds, robotics, and auxiliary equipment. This is a critical technical role focused on maximizing uptime and supporting business goals.

Pay: Depending on Experience (DOE)
Schedule: 12-hour rotating schedule working every other weekend on a 36/48-hour rotation. Holiday work required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot process issues and perform emergency maintenance procedures
- Support mold setups and repairs
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements
- Assist with cycle time optimization and collaborate with engineering
- Maintain spare parts inventories
- Operate forklifts, man lifts, and other equipment as certified
Requirements
- 5+ years of technician experience including injection molding
- Working knowledge of robotics
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- MS Office proficiency and effective communication
Environment: Non-climate-controlled manufacturing floor with exposure to loud machinery, robotics, and plastic resins.
