Concession Stand Worker
The Concession Stand Worker is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized concession area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, including snacks, drinks, and quick meals.
- Operate a cash register and handle cash or credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including counters, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure inventory is stocked and replenish supplies as needed.
- Follow food safety regulations and health guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and securing the concession area.
- Provide prompt and friendly customer service to all rink patrons.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown if required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in food service or retail is preferred.
- Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
