Millers Landing Senior Living is an 80-unit assisted living community located in the heart of the Mill District in downtown Minneapolis. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care that supports the independence, dignity, and well-being of our residents.
Position Summary
We are seeking caring and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is open to both experienced CNAs and those new to the field who are eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment. Our CNAs play a vital role in delivering personal care and daily living support to our residents while fostering a safe, welcoming, and respectful community.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Monitor residents’ health and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain resident safety by following care plans and community policies.
- Support residents with independence while preserving dignity and respect.
- Document care provided in compliance with Minnesota assisted living regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure excellent resident outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain).
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow care plans, policies, and safety procedures.
- Previous experience in senior care or healthcare is preferred but new CNAs are encouraged to apply—we provide training and support.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.50 - $21.50 per hour
