We are seeking a high-integrity, self-motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and small commercial construction projects from active construction through closeout.
This role is for a professional who takes ownership, maintains exceptional documentation, and runs projects with discipline, clarity, and accountability. You will act as the day-to-day representative of the company on assigned projects and are expected to operate at a high standard with minimal oversight.
This is not an entry-level role.

Core Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day jobsite operations, cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
- Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, inspections, and schedules
- Ensure work is built in accordance with approved plans and specifications
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and photo logs
- Lead weekly client meetings and provide agendas and meeting minutes
- Track RFIs, drawing revisions, inspections, and close-out items
- Identify schedule, quality, or scope risks early and escalate with solutions
- Enforce company standards, policies, and jobsite expectations
- Maintain organized digital project files (drawings, reports, correspondence)
- Support schedule adherence and update look-ahead planning
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
Performance is evaluated monthly and includes:
- Inspection pass rates
- Jobsite cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
- Documentation accuracy and timeliness (photos, reports, logs)
- Schedule and material readiness
- Client communication and satisfaction
- Punch list tracking and closeout performance
- Proactive issue identification and escalation
Work Environment
- Active construction jobsites
- Client meetings (virtual and on-site)
- Regular coordination with executives, subcontractors, and inspectors

Requirements
- Proven construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing and inspections
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to visit multiple jobsites
- Comfortable using digital tools for documentation and reporting
