Duties
Assist with daily opening and closing procedures
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and product standards are met
- Support smooth daily service operations
- Enforce health, safety, and company policies
Team Leadership & Support
- Assist with supervising and supporting store staff
- Help train new team members on drinks, food, and procedures
- Lead shifts and assign tasks during service
- Hold staff accountable to attendance and performance expectations
Customer Experience
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with resolving customer issues professionally
- Maintain a friendly, efficient service environment
Inventory & Organization
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking
- Help receive and organize deliveries
- Reduce waste through proper handling and portioning
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate operational needs or issues to Head Store Manager
- Coordinate with bakery and delivery teams as needed
- Assist with promotions, events, and daily specials
Leadership Coverage
- Act as Manager on Duty when Head Store Manager is absent
- Ensure smooth store operations during assigned shifts.
Requirements
- Managers Food Handler Certificate

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
