About the Role
R&R Cosmetics LLC is looking for a full-time Associate to manage our social media and content marketing across multiple beauty and skincare brand lines, while also handling our day-to-day Shopify and Amazon order processing. This is a hybrid role — most of your day will be spent creating content, writing scripts, managing our social presence, and using AI tools to produce ads and product visuals. Order fulfillment and customer service make up a smaller, steady part of the role (roughly 2-3 hours daily).
This is a great fit for someone who already knows how to run social media for a brand, can write and edit short-form video themselves, and is comfortable using AI tools (image, video, and ad generation) as part of their everyday workflow.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Content (majority of role)
- Plan, write, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for multiple brand lines
- Write scripts for short-form video ads and UGC-style content
- Edit video and photo content using editing software (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.)
- Use AI tools to generate and edit product photography, video ads, and marketing assets
- Write captions, hashtags, and ad copy tailored to each platform and brand voice
- Track what's performing and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Stay current on social media and beauty industry trends, and proactively pitch new content ideas
Order Processing & Customer Service (2-3 hrs daily)
- Process and fulfill daily orders from Shopify and Amazon, including data entry and shipment tracking
- Pack shipments accurately and maintain order records
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone — including order status, returns, exchanges, and shipping issues (UPS claims, etc.)
- Update product listings and assist with inventory counts as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media for a brand (portfolio, sample reels, or links to accounts you've run required)
- Strong video editing and script writing skills
- Working knowledge of AI content/ad generation tools, or strong interest and ability to quickly learn them
- Comfortable with basic e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central)
- Strong writing skills — captions, product copy, ad scripts
- Organized, self-directed, and able to manage your own schedule between content work and order tasks
- Dependable and punctual
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing between 1–50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, and move around the workspace throughout the shift
