Salary Range: $46,800 – $56,000 annually (based on experience)

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality marketing, branding, and proposal materials that support business development, client retention, and corporate communications initiatives across CCMSI.
This role serves as a key contributor to CCMSI's Request for Proposal (RFP) process, partnering with internal stakeholders to create accurate, polished, and compelling proposal responses that help drive new business opportunities. In addition, this position supports graphic design, social media content, branding initiatives, client events, marketing collateral, website updates, and promotional campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a highly organized creative professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment, balances multiple projects simultaneously, and maintains exceptional attention to detail while delivering high-quality work.
This position requires regular onsite collaboration and is hybrid after initial training, with a requirement to work onsite in the Danville office three days per week. Candidates must live within a commutable distance of Danville, Illinois.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 2–3 years of professional marketing, graphic design, proposal coordination, or related experience

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:

InDesign

Photoshop

Illustrator

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including:

Experience creating professional marketing collateral and branded communications materials

Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Experience preparing print-ready and digital marketing materials

Reliable, predictable attendance during assigned business hours

Experience coordinating or managing RFP responses and proposal development

Experience with social media content design and digital marketing initiatives

Familiarity with website content management systems

Experience supporting trade shows, conventions, or corporate events

Knowledge of print production processes and vendor coordination

Working knowledge of both PC and Mac environments

Experience within professional services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries

The posted salary reflects CCMSI’s good-faith estimate in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be based on qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. This role may also qualify for bonuses or additional forms of pay.
