We are currently seeking a full-time Recreation Coordinator to work at a high-profile retail client headquarters located in Beaverton, OR.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will report to the Director of Operations and will support daily technical and operational activities, including purchase order processing, project tracking, technology procurement and asset management, data privacy reviews, facility audits, inventory management, and technical troubleshooting. The role also supports operational improvements, innovation initiatives, and the maintenance of site standards, efficiency, and service continuity.
What you will do:

Process purchase orders and maintain project tracking systems.

Manage technology ordering, asset inventory, and lifecycle tracking.

Coordinate data privacy, security, and technology reviews for software and hardware requests.

Serve as the primary contact for Workplace Well-being’s internal app support and coordination.

Conduct inventory and facility audits to ensure compliance with operational standards.

Provide audio and technology troubleshooting to support uninterrupted operations.
-
Identify and prioritize facility improvement opportunities, including cleanliness, equipment, and site standards.

Perform operational audits to assess adherence to departmental norms and best practices.

Support the testing, implementation, and rollout of innovation pilots and operational initiatives.

Partner with site leadership to drive operational efficiency, service continuity, and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:

2–3 years of experience in operations, facilities coordination, technology support, project coordination, business administration, or a related field, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Experience coordinating purchase orders, inventory management, audits, vendor relationships, and operational support activities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and experience using project management, asset tracking, and workflow management tools such as Airtable or similar platforms.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technology, audio/visual, equipment, and systems-related issues with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of data privacy, information security, compliance processes, and technology review procedures is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across departments, vendors, and key stakeholders.

Proven ability to identify operational inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and support the implementation of new tools, systems, and initiatives.
