Responsibilities

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including executive-level team management, to ensure cohesive operations and high performance.
- Oversee management of profit & loss statements, conducting detailed profit and loss analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and expanding service offerings.
- Implement lean management principles to optimize operational processes, improve efficiency, and reduce waste across departments.
- Utilize Excel data analysis skills to interpret complex data sets, generate insights, and support data-driven decision making.
- Supervise project management initiatives focused on process improvement, sales growth, and operational excellence while mentoring team members for continuous development.
Experience
- Proven management experience with a strong track record in leading teams and managing large-scale operations.
- Extensive experience in strategic planning, operational management, and business development within a competitive environment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze profit & loss statements critically and implement strategies for financial improvement.
- Skilled in Excel data analysis for reporting purposes, forecasting, and strategic insights.
- Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and process improvement initiatives such as lean management.
- Strong leadership qualities with experience supervising diverse teams and fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Background in sales strategy development combined with a focus on operational efficiency to drive revenue growth.
