Facilities Maintenance Supervisor - Full Time

Where you can make a difference.
- Supervise the Engineering staff to ensure excellent owner/guest service and facility maintenance.
- Install, maintain, perform preventative maintenance on, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment.
- Order, mark, and stock parts and supplies as needed. Maintain inventory and purchase orders log.
- Complete the life safety checklist, including the fire-pump run test and generator run test.
- Respond and attend to owner/guest repair requests.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.

- Driver's License Required
- HVAC Certification Preferred
- Experience in facilities preventative maintenance, plumbing and electrical preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Must be able to work a variable schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability.
- Must have great customer service skills – all our positions come into contact with guests!
