Experienced Server / Bartender
Location: Downtown Dunedin, FL
Join our high-energy, fast-paced restaurant in the heart of beautiful Downtown Dunedin! We're seeking an experienced Server/Bartender who thrives in a lively environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
This position offers the opportunity to work as both a server and bartender, with most shifts being serving-focused. We are looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and ready to be part of a strong team in a busy, fast-paced restaurant.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of serving experience REQUIRED
- 2+ years bartending experience REQUIRED
- Positive, friendly, and guest-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a true team player
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Preferred Skills:
- Fine dining and semi fine dining experience a plus
- Experience with TOAST POS
- Knowledge of craft beer, spirits, sake, wine, and sushi
- Strong food and beverage knowledge with a passion for hospitality
Schedule Requirements:
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday night availability REQUIRED
- Night shifts
- Flexible availability is highly preferred
