Local SNFist group is hiring an NP or PA to provide vacation coverage in the Post-Acute/Long Term Care (PA/LTC) setting.
This position is PRN managing typical medical problems to assist patients in transitioning from the hospital to home in Chattanooga, TN; Rossville, GA; and Fort Oglethorpe, GA.
Provider has flexibility in the days they are able to cover. No nights or weekends required.
Experience in Post-Acute/Long Term Care (PA/LTC) is preferred, but other experience is welcome.
Must have an active Georgia state license to apply. A Tennessee state license is also required and will be reimbursed if needed upon hiring.
Pay: $650.00 per day
