Job Description:
Marble Hill Transport and Towing seeks an experienced Flatbed Truck Driver to join our team. You will work closely with our dispatch team to respond to emergency roadside assistance calls, ensuring timely and professional service for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a flatbed or regular tow truck to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Respond to emergency roadside assistance calls in a timely manner.
- Load and secure vehicles onto the flatbed truck using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
- Maintain accurate records of all towing activities.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of current experience driving a flatbed tow truck in Orlando.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
