Arcadia at Lookout Ridge is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Medication Technicians to join our clinical team. We are currently hiring for on call day, evening, and night shifts.
Medication Technicians play a critical role in ensuring safe medication administration and supporting residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- Current CNA or HCA certification in Washington State (required)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Nurse Delegation certification
(Employer support available for delegation certification)
- Strong attention to detail
- Accurate and timely documentation skills
- Professional communication
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications safely and accurately under nurse delegation
- Complete medication documentation in compliance with state regulations
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
- Assist with ADLs as needed
- Collaborate with nursing and leadership teams
