Garde Manger Cook (Full-Time)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Garde Manger cook to lead the preparation of our cold station. This role is essential to delivering beautifully composed appetizers, salads, and raw bar offerings with precision and consistency.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and plating cold dishes with a high level of craftsmanship
- Maintaining strict standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Collaborating with the culinary team to uphold quality and presentation standards
Line Cook (All Stations, Including Grill)
We are seeking an experienced line cook who is confident working across all stations, with strong grill experience preferred. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation kitchen and takes pride in executing dishes to perfection.
Responsibilities include:
- Working all stations on the line, including grill, sauté, and oven
- Cooking steaks and proteins to precise specifications
- Maintaining consistency, timing, and cleanliness during service
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
