The Director of Clinical Services provides the leadership and strategic planning of the clinical services programs offered at the facility; ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility’s performance goals and objectives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the overall administrative process and management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility, promotion and maintenance of a therapeutic environment, and development and implementation of clinical treatment programs. Experience in a substance abuse treatment setting and extensive knowledge of addictions treatment required.
Mandatory Job Qualifications
- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related fields, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years direct clinical practice; three (3) years prior satisfactory supervisory and administrative experience is desirable but not required.
- License: Appropriate State Licensure required (LCSW)
- Knowledge of accrediting bodies compliance standards.
- Two years of program development and management experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
