**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Former/finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of concrete work, including finishing, form setting, framing carpentry, and blueprint reading.
**Responsibilities:**
- Build and set forms for concrete pours
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools
- Finish surfaces by troweling, edging, or brushing
- Repair, restore, or alter existing concrete surfaces
- Operate concrete mixers and other equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints for concrete projects
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in concrete forming and finishing
- Knowledge of frame carpentry techniques
- Mechanical aptitude for operating tools and equipment
- Ability to read and understand construction blueprints
- Previous experience as a carpenter is a plus
- Commercial driving experience is beneficial
