Welcome to Neuro Nation PT & Wellness. We are an expanding therapist-owned, specialized mobile practice. We don’t do "standard home health." We provide elite, 1:1 outpatient-style care in the patient’s home and bridge them into long-term wellness programs that keep them independent for life.
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
NO OASIS: We operate under Medicare Part B (Outpatient). No 2-hour start-of-care forms.
True 1:1 Care: You have a full 60+ minutes with every patient. No double-booking. No techs.
The Wellness: You are empowered to transition patients into our cash-pay Wellness Packages when skilled therapy ends. You keep your patients for the long haul.
Autonomy & Flexibility: You manage your own schedule within the Triangle area. No more "clocking in" at a gym.
THE PERKS & PAY
Salary Range: $50.00 - $70.00 per visit. Based on experience and certifications.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provide high-intensity, evidence-based neurologic rehab for adults (PD, Stroke, MS, TBI, SCI, etc.).
Conduct home safety assessments and caregiver training.
Act as a "Clinical Advocate" by identifying when a patient is ready for our Wellness continuum.
REQUIREMENTS
Passion for Neuro: You must love this population. Vertigo knowledge, NCS, LSVT BIG, or PWR!Moves certifications are a huge plus.
NC PT License: Active and in good standing.
The "Compassionate Hustle": You are self-motivated, organized, and genuinely care about your patients' safety and independence.
Pay: $52.00 - $70.00 per hour
