HealthReady provides physical therapy and has been serving the Baytown community since 1999. We are looking for a friendly, warm, welcoming employee. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a requirement for this position. The job consist of greeting patients on their way in and out, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting copays at the time of service, entering patient information into our databases, filing, handling new referrals by email, fax, or walk ins, translating for physical therapist during evaluations, and being responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work space. Experience in the medical field is not required, but is highly recommended.
JOB HOURS :
Monday and Thursday: 7:45 am to 5:30 pm (with an hour lunch)
Tuesday and Wednesday: 7:45 am to 5:00 pm (with an hour lunch)
Friday: 8:00 am to 2 pm
After 3 months of working on a probation period without any concerns or problems you would then be eligible for PAID holidays and vacation time (PTO).
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
