Atlantic Buffet is seeking energetic, friendly, and dependable Servers to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced buffet environment. Servers are responsible for attending to guests, maintaining clean dining areas, refilling drinks, and ensuring customers have a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take beverage orders and provide drink refills
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and server stations
- Assist guests with questions about buffet items and pricing
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to guest needs
- Work together with kitchen staff, hosts, and cashiers to ensure smooth service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Help with opening and closing side work duties
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift trays, dishes, and bus tubs up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Pay: From $2.13 per hour
