Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–9:00 PM
Weekend Availability Required

At Massage Envy by Touchpoint, our Front Desk Sales Associates are the heartbeat of the clinic. They are the first smile guests see, the last impression they leave with, and one of the biggest reasons clients return month after month.

What You'll Do
You'll be responsible for creating an outstanding guest experience while driving the growth of the clinic through exceptional sales and service.
You'll:
- Build relationships with every guest who walks through our doors
- Confidently recommend memberships, skincare services, enhancements, and retail products
- Help guests understand the long-term benefits of regular wellness care
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service
- Support our massage therapists and estheticians throughout the day
- Keep the clinic beautiful by completing nightly cleaning, laundry, stocking, and organization
- Balance the register and complete end-of-day closing procedures
- Create an environment where guests feel welcomed, cared for, and excited to return
We're Looking For Someone Who
✔ Loves sales and isn't afraid to ask for the business
✔ Has at least 2 years of proven sales experience (required)
✔ Enjoys talking with people and building genuine relationships
✔ Is motivated by goals, commissions, and personal achievement
✔ Takes pride in keeping a clean and organized workspace
✔ Can multitask while maintaining a positive attitude
✔ Wants to be part of a supportive, high-performing team
✔ Is dependable and available evenings and weekends
