- Criminal Defense Paralegal must have 4 years experience
- Duties include: drafting of pleadings/motions, e-filing, file/case management, translations and general office duties, correspondence, requesting documents, scheduling deadlines.
- Candidate must communicate with opposing counsel and courts regarding discovery
- You must have strong written communication and clerical skills with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to multi-task, give attention to detail and organization skills. Must be proficient at MS Word, Outlook and Clio
- Will perform work directly related to the management of case files.
- Duties include: organization of all files, calendar, intake and deadlines.
- In addition, your duties include meeting with clients and keeping them updated on case developments.
- Must meet with attorney and assist in the organization of files.
- Candidate must communicate with opposing counsel regarding discovery, motions and setting dates for interviews.
- Position is ideal for someone who already has experience in the criminal defense field within the past three years and looking to grow with a dynamic law firm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
