Ken Ganley Kia Medina is looking for a Marketing & Customer Relations Assistant to join our growing team! This is a fast-paced position perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, building customer relationships, and helping grow Ohio's leading Kia dealership.
Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Film and edit short-form videos and promotional content
- Manage and update dealership website specials and promotional offers
- Assist with dealership marketing campaigns and advertising initiatives
- Monitor and respond to online reviews while helping maintain a positive dealership reputation
- Communicate with customers to ensure an outstanding ownership experience
- Follow up with customers to help maintain high customer satisfaction
- Assist with community events, promotions, and dealership marketing projects
- Work closely with the sales and management teams to promote inventory and current offers
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, social media management, customer service, or a related field preferred
- Experience with video editing software such as CapCut, Canva, or similar is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable being behind (and occasionally in front of) the camera
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Valid driver's license required
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Weekend availability required as needed
