You will learn how to:

HOW YOU CAN EARN
First-Sale Accelerator
We want you to experience your first earnings quickly.
Your first activated buyers can qualify for an enhanced commission rate.
Buyer #1 → $100
Buyer #2 → $100
Buyer #3 → $150
After your first three activated buyers, you move into the standard commission structure.
An activated buyer is a customer/business that signs up, requests a service, and completes their first paid work order.
Recurring Commissions
Continue earning from qualifying buyers you bring to Tealpot when they continue using the platform.
Eligible recurring commissions may apply to Tealpot's collected revenue/fees generated from your acquired buyers for a defined period.
Milestone Bonuses

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Sales Volunteer, you will:
- Identify potential customers and businesses in the US market.
- Research and build prospect lists.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and other approved sales activities.
- Introduce Tealpot to potential customers.
- Understand prospect needs and communicate Tealpot's value proposition.
- Qualify potential customers.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Convert qualified prospects into activated buyers.
- Maintain accurate sales records.
- Update the CRM or sales tracker.
- Participate in sales meetings and training.
- Share market feedback with the sales team.
- Follow Tealpot's approved sales processes and messaging.
