Overview
Nomad Therapeutics is a fast growing interventional psychiatry practice based out of Seattle, WA. Our mission is to improve access to leading, evidence-based interventions for adult patients suffering from treatment resistant depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
Nomad is seeking a PMHNP for our Queen Anne clinic that wishes to practice autonomously while having immediate, on-site access to leading evidence-based psychiatric interventions for their patients.
In partnership with the PMHNP, Nomad Therapeutics Provides:
- Payor contracting / credentialing and medical malpractice insurance.
- Full-service billing, including benefits verification, prior authorization, claims and denials management.
- A private office in our Queen Anne, Seattle location.
- An Electronic Health Record, E-prescribe, and access to Washington’s Prescription Drug Monitoring Program.
- Digital marketing and an established referral source.
- Administrative support and access to a Scheduler and a Medical Assistant.
- Access to a licensed Physician / Chief Medical Officer.
- Access to cutting edge interventional psychiatric services for your patients, including Spravato, TMS, and home IM ketamine.
The PMHNP will:
- Practice and autonomously see their own patients.
- Provide on-site supervision for Spravato and TMS patients 2-3 days per week in our Queen Anne clinic location, supported by a Medical Assistant and according to protocol. The PMHNP will otherwise work remotely while still retaining access to all Nomad support and services.
- Provide intake and prescribing for Spravato, TMS, and home IM ketamine patients.
Compensation:
This role is compensated on a productivity basis. The PMHNP will retain 80% of net collections from billing, and be compensated on a wRVU basis for all on-site interventional psychiatry patients.
