We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Marketing & Vendor Relations Specialist to oversee our vendor marketing initiatives and drive partnership growth. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our network of vendors and business partners, helping them maximize their brand visibility through our premium marketing and sponsorship packages.
This position handles day-to-day campaign execution—including Email Marketing, WhatsApp Campaigns, E-commerce Marketing, and managing our Digital & Physical Catalogs—as well as coordinating Company Events. It is ideal for a marketing professional who excels at B2B communication, understands brand strategy, and possesses the consultative sales skills needed to pitch marketing packages. This role begins with a structured 90-day probationary period at $25/hour to ensure a great mutual fit, transitioning into a permanent wage of $30-$34/hour plus performance bonuses.
While this position is primarily centered around day-to-day account management, it includes occasional, infrequent travel to select industry trade shows throughout the year.

- Catalog Management: Oversee vendor ad placements and collateral coordination for both our Digital Catalogs and Physical Catalogs.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and on-site execution of internal Company Events, alongside occasional support at select external trade shows.
- Account Management: Build and maintain long-term, collaborative relationships with vendors to ensure high satisfaction and consistent renewals of marketing packages.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Marketing & Account Experience: Strong background in marketing, B2B account management, or corporate sponsorship sales, with familiarity in email/mobile campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and digital/print layouts.
- Consultative Sales Skills: Proven capability to confidently present, negotiate, and sell marketing solutions or advertising spaces to business clients.
