Job Summary
Harry Hayes Plumbing is looking for a creative, dependable, and coachable part-time content creator to help capture real plumbing work and turn it into engaging social media content.
This role includes taking photos and videos on job sites, filming short-form content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Youtube and helping showcase the day-to-day work our team does throughout Jacksonville.
We're looking for someone who enjoys storytelling, understands social media trends, and can create clean, professional content that still feels authentic and personal, and who works well with direction. We have a specific brand voice and style we're building, and this role requires someone who takes feedback well and adjusts their approach when asked, rather than sticking to one format out of habit.
This is a flexible part-time position with room to grow for the right fit.
Responsibilities
- Capture both photos and short-form video on plumbing job sites
- Create short-form video content for social media
- Help post and schedule content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Work with our team to highlight real projects, repairs, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Edit simple videos and reels using apps like Premier Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar software
- Help maintain a consistent brand voice and online presence as directed by ownership.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly when asked to adjust style, framing, captions, or posting approach
- Occasionally brainstorm ideas for new content and marketing campaigns
Qualifications
- Comfortable filming with a gopro
- Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Reels
- Basic video editing experience preferred
- Creative, organized, and dependable
- Coachable — comfortable receiving direction and revising work without pushback
- Comfortable around people and working on active job sites
- Strong communication skills
- Local to Jacksonville area preferred
Bonus Skills
- Experience with photography or videography
- Experience growing social media pages
- Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar editing software
- Interest in marketing, branding, or content creation
Schedule
- Flexible part-time hours
- Estimated 8–16 hours per week
- Some on-site filming required throughout Jacksonville
