Job Description: FBA Prep Specialist
Bubble Box Prep is a fast-growing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) center located in Vineland, New Jersey. We serve as a specialized "Prep Partner" for e-commerce sellers, ensuring their inventory is retail-ready for the world’s largest marketplaces.

Job Overview
We are seeking a Prep Specialist to assist in the creation of shipments for our diverse client base. In this role, you will be the final line of quality control before products are shipped to Amazon fulfillment centers, such as LBE1 in Greensburg or HEA2 in Allentown.
- Position Type: Part time and Full time available. Monday-Friday between the hours of 9a-5p and a minimum 4 hour shift.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Schedule: Set weekday hours; weekends and major holidays off.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Shipment Creation: Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in organizing "Single SKU" and "Mixed SKU" shipments.
- Amazon Compliance: Prepare products to exact Amazon standards, including inspecting, labeling, polybagging, and bundling units.
- Inventory Handling: Accurately track weights and dimensions for outbound boxes (typically ranging from 13 lb to 45 lb) to ensure carrier labels match the physical package.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe workspace to protect client inventory.
Requirements
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lb and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using a box cutter and basic warehouse supplies.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
