Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Full-Time or Part-Time
McRae Dental | Meridian, Idaho
We're growing at McRae Dental and are excited to welcome an exceptional Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to our team! Whether you're looking for a full-time (4 days/week) or part-time opportunity, we'd love to meet someone who is passionate about comprehensive patient care and committed to helping patients achieve long-term oral health.
At McRae Dental, dentistry is about more than teeth....it's about people.
We are a modern, multi-doctor practice focused on comprehensive dentistry, advanced technology, and building lasting relationships with our patients. We believe every patient deserves personalized care, education, and treatment based on their individual needs & not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Why You'll Love Working Here
We're more than coworkers, we're a team that genuinely enjoys working together. Our doctors are supportive, approachable, and truly value every member of our practice. We help one another, communicate openly, and create an environment where everyone can succeed. And yes...we laugh a lot along the way.
Our patients are equally special. Many have been with us for years and feel like family. They're kind, appreciative, and trust us to provide the highest level of care. We're looking for someone who wants to build those same meaningful relationships.
This Is More Than Traditional Hygiene
We're looking for a hygienist who wants to practice at the highest level of their license.
Our hygiene department is comprehensive and technology-driven. We expect our providers to think critically, diagnose collaboratively, educate patients thoroughly, and help patients understand why treatment is important, not simply perform routine cleanings.

- CBCT (3D CT) imaging to aid in diagnosis and comprehensive treatment planning
