Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Complete service documentation accurately
- Work independently with strong support from dispatch and management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Professional attitude and pride in your work
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
