Key Responsibilities of the Landscape Production Manager:
- The 'Landscape Maintenance Production Manager' is knowledgeable in all aspects of Landscape Maintenance.
- This position oversees all landscape maintenance crews.
- This is a physically demanding position. You are expected to assist your crew's daily.
- Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications for the Landscape Production Manager:
- Candidate must have prior landscape maintenance experience.
- Able to direct and participate in the maintenance of the grounds; and performs other tasks as required.

- Regular and reliable attendance.
Your responsibilities as 'Landscape Maintenance Production Manager' include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Be able to communicate the company's goals to homeowners concerning landscape maintenance quality and processes at Comanche Trace.
2. Maintain a high level of good housekeeping and care for company assets in the field, vehicles, landscape yard and homeowner work sites.
3. Conduct training of field staff on all maintenance equipment and use techniques.
4. Attend walkthroughs, as requested by homeowners, with foremen and Manager.
5. Work with Manager for scheduling labor, equipment and materials to accomplish production schedules.
6. Maintain a high level of quality control with a focus on bed maintenance.
7. Understand contract specifications and confirm they are met with complete satisfaction from homeowners by conducting daily quality checks.
8. Respond to homeowner complaints in a manner to achieve excellent satisfaction.
9. Report on all issues with personnel, equipment, and homeowners to Manager.
10. Along with Manager, oversee the work of all subcontractors on landscape maintenance projects. Review finished work of all Subcontractors to confirm work and cleanup is performed to Comanche Trace standards and contract specifications.
11. Maintain adequate supply levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
12. Ensure all work is completed in adherence to safety policies and guidelines
13. Investigate all accidents or safety violations with the Manager, prepare appropriate reports, take action to correct, and prevent future occurrences.
14. Perform seasonal irrigation controller programming if irrigator is unavailable. Confirm with the Manager.
15. Evaluate and advise homeowners regarding any recommended treatments for plant diseases, insects and soil-borne problems.
