We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who excels at guiding potential new patients through powerful discovery calls and setting the stage for life-changing care. This is a full-time, high-impact role based in our Scottsdale, AZ office — or remote if you can work PST/MST (our time zone changes).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Take inbound phone calls/DMs from prospective patients.
- Make outbound follow-up calls.DMs to leads and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls to identify goals, pain points, and readiness to start care.
- Qualify leads and seamlessly hand off to the appropriate internal team.
- Track all activity in the CRM with detailed notes and call outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with our care team and office staff to ensure smooth transitions.
This role is for someone who:
- Has experience in sales, phone-based communication, or appointment setting.
- Is confident, clear, and compassionate on the phone.
- Is self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented.
- Can work PST hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM), regardless of location and MST in the winters as Arizona doesn't change times; therefore, transitions time zones.
- Has a genuine interest in health, wellness, or helping people improve their lives.
