Rauser Builders is hiring a dependable and safety focused Truck Driver to support construction operations throughout Southwest Montana and Yellowstone National Park. Job Responsibilities:
As a Truck Driver, you will play a critical role in supporting field operations by safely transporting materials, equipment, and supplies to and from active construction projects, including projects located within Yellowstone National Park.
Key responsibilities include:
- Safely operate company trucks, trailers, and equipment in accordance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Haul construction materials, aggregate, equipment, tools, and supplies to active jobsites
- Travel regularly to project locations throughout SW Montana
- Assist with loading, unloading, securing, and inspecting loads prior to transport
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, cleaning, and basic preventative maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and fuel records
- Coordinate deliveries and schedules with project managers and field crews
- Operate in changing weather, mountain terrain, and remote jobsite conditions
- Support field crews with labor and equipment operation when needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional vehicles and work areas
- Follow all OSHA, DOT, and company safety requirements
- Represent Rauser Builders professionally with clients, vendors, and the public
- Assist in maintaining efficient project operations and schedules

Qualifications include:
- Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement and no restrictions
- Clean driving record and commitment to safe vehicle operation
- Experience hauling equipment, trailers, or construction materials preferred
- Ability to safely operate trucks and trailers in mountain and winter driving conditions
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to projects and return to the office in Belgrade
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and field crews
- Basic mechanical knowledge and equipment familiarity preferred
- Ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor construction environments
- Ability to work flexible hours as project schedules require
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Competitive Salary Based on Experience
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
