Duties: Identify opportunities for performance improvement in area of ownership, ranging from growing supply and demand, segmenting customer base, improving merchant experience, or one of many delivery priorities. Identify, scope, and recommend a solution, then take ownership for delivering on the project and the outcomes, as well as keeping leadership informed of progress. Take accountability for project outcomes, ensure delivery on critical project metrics, and keep others informed of progress. Analyze sophisticated data, build models, and aggregate insights to drive key business decisions and policies. Advise senior leadership on long-term strategy and decision making by defining critical metrics, developing dashboards, and providing strategic insights. Work with Product teams to guide development of solutions based on business and customer needs. Project manage cross-functional work streams for key Product roll-outs across the US and Canada. Set and measure key performance indicators for roll-outs. Collaborate and work cross-functionally with Operations teams as well as Product, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure insights inform broader critical initiatives. May telecommute.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Design, Information Technology, Operations, Analytics, Business, or related field, and two years of experience in the job offered or in an operations-related occupation.
Position requires:
- Develop solutions using data and customer insights;
- Experience in strategy, consulting, or business intelligence;
- Quantitative data analysis and reporting;
- Management of external partners and stakeholders;
- Database query languages including SQL;
- Statistical analysis, including descriptive statistics, correlation, regression, and confidence intervals;
- Data visualization using Tableau.
