Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across
- Utilize diverse teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles and adapt instructional methods for students with special education needs.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively through proactive behavior management techniques, ensuring a respectful and productive environment.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, including standardized testing preparations, and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design interdisciplinary projects, share best practices, and enhance curriculum implementation.
- Integrate educational technology tools to enrich lessons, promote interactive learning, and support digital literacy skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student achievements, challenges, and upcoming activities through conferences or written reports.
Requirements
- Experience teaching middle school students in a classroom setting,
- Working knowledge of Math and Science
- Excellent communication skills for effective public speaking, parent-teacher interactions, and team collaboration.
- Ability to adapt lessons based on different learning styles and accommodate students with special education needs or learning disabilities.
- Demonstrated classroom management skills
